At Ringkøbing Fjord Museums, you can host client meetings or conferences that are perfectly tailored to your needs.
Choose from several unique and unconventional settings, catering and experiences.
Our locations
We have venues of various sizes, and depending on the location you choose, we can accommodate everything from intimate client meetings to larger conferences with up to 70 participants. For larger groups, please contact us for a special offer. Venue rental, including standard AV equipment and setup assistance: 3,500 DKK for the entire event (8 a.m.–5 p.m.) / 1,500 DKK per hour (5 p.m.–10 p.m.)
Our Meeting Packages
Our head chef offers seasonally inspired dishes. The prices listed apply to events with a minimum of 20 participants.
All day
385 DKK, excluding tax, per person
Breakfast buffet, lunch buffet with hot dishes and salads, and a few sweet treats to go with afternoon coffee. A beverage station with freshly brewed coffee and tea and ice water, which will be restocked throughout the meeting.
Half a day
355 DKK, excluding tax, per person
Choose between a breakfast buffet and a lunch buffet, or a lunch buffet and a sweet treat to go with your afternoon coffee. A beverage station with freshly brewed coffee and tea, as well as ice water, which will be refilled throughout the meeting.
Evening
285 DKK, excluding tax, per person
Event after 5:00 p.m. Buffet featuring one type of meat, potatoes, two salads, and bread. One glass of wine, coffee or tea, and cake.
Experiences
Hosting an event at one of Ringkøbing Fjord Museum’s locations is an inspiring experience in itself, but you can also enhance your event with a historical experience.
Guided Tour
Take a guided tour of the museum’s beautiful natural surroundings.
Tour
Get a brief introduction to the museum or take a guided tour of the entire museum.
Surcharge for a guided tour: 1,200 DKK (8 a.m.–5 p.m.) / 1,800 DKK (5 p.m.–10 p.m.)
If you wish to visit the attractions/exhibits at the selected location on your own, the applicable admission fee per participant must be paid.
